Vendor Information
Good Shepherd Medical Center welcomes its vendors and potential vendors to visit the campus, meet with Good Shepherd Medical Center staff and share valuable information about products and services that enhance our ability to keep the community healthy. By following the few simple guidelines provided below, Vendors can make the most of their visit without affecting our ability to provide quality patient care. All vendors must have an appointment before entering the hospital.
Vendor Check-In – Good Shepherd uses Vendor Credentialing Service (VCS). Vendors are required to have complete credentials within 30 days of their first visit to GSMC. Vendors must check in at the GSMC Materials Management department before visiting with staff. The Materials Management department will contact the employee(s) scheduled to meet with the vendor, scan the vendor’s VCS badge and provide the vendor with directions to the scheduled meeting location.
