Billing procedures may be confusing; therefore, we have prepared answers to frequently asked questions. It will be necessary for us to ask several questions regarding your insurance coverage during the admitting process.

It is your responsibility to know your insurance policy and whether Good Shepherd Ambulatory Surgical Center is in network or out of network. We can contact your insurance company and get an estimate of your out of pocket costs. These costs will be expected to be paid before the procedure.

If financial arrangements need to be made, or if you have any questions concerning your insurance, please contact us. Failure to make financial arrangements before your procedure may result in your procedure being re-scheduled until satisfactory financial arrangements can be made. We will file your insurance for Good Shepherd Ambulatory Surgical Center services once we have been provided with the necessary information.
