The Good Shepherd RN System Resource Pool gives nurses the opportunity to have flexible scheduling around personal life or to increase income. Candidates must be a licensed a Registered Nurse in the state of Texas with CPR and two years experience in the areas assigned.
System Resource Pool benefits include:
- $41 per hour fixed rate
- Flexible scheduling
- No weekend or holiday requirement
- All areas available
- Ability to float between Good Shepherd Medical Centers in Longview, Marshall, and Linden
