Good Shepherd Family Health Center in Kilgore is an URGENT CARE facility able to treat a wide range of non-hospital medical needs. Our walk-in services include treatment for minor emergencies and illness, including asthma, upper respiratory infections, minor abdominal pain and fracture care. We also offer family medical care including annual physicals, pediatrics, women’s health, and immunizations. In addition, we provide DOT physicals, DOT drug screens, school physicals and pre-employment physicals. We offer on-site X-ray capabilities and a full-spectrum of laboratory services.
As an Orthodirect location, we are able to evaluate orthopaedic injuries and fast-track an appointment with an orthopaedic surgeon, if needed.
We are open late and on weekends to provide patients with quality care when they need it.
