Health Education

Health Education creates an awareness of risk factors, lifestyle behaviors and disease processes. We can provide on-site workshops specific to the risk factors faced by each organization’s unique employee requirements. Topics and programs covered may include:

  • Tobacco cessation
  • Nutrition
  • Diabetes
  • Stroke prevention
  • Skin cancer prevention
  • Worksite fitness
  • Community health events

Lifestyle Modifications

Lifestyle modification plans engage individuals in programs that enable behavior change and health improvement steps. Participants will learn to develop, monitor and evaluate lifestyle choices that are focused on decreasing the risk factors for disease.

Wellness Screenings

Health screenings provide results to employees to detect common, serious diseases and conditions. In addition, Health and Prevention Services analyze the overall employee population health data, identifying areas in need of wellness improvement while targeting cost savings to employers.
