10-11 a.m., Monday through Friday
Yoga is a 60-minute class designed for the ultimate relaxation of the mind, body and spirit. This class is for beginners and intermediate levels and is an escape from the daily stresses of life. Enjoy yourself and feel more energized and alive.
1:15-2:15 p.m., Wednesday and Thursday
Get pumped up with an in intense cardio and strength training workout that sculpts your muscles by using low to moderate weight and high repetitions.
8:30-9:30 a.m., Tuesdays
A combination of various floor and step exercises that will definitely get your heart pumping. This class is for all levels of fitness.

Silver Splash Water Aerobics
Silver Splash offers lots of fun and shallow water moves to improve agility, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. No swimming ability is required, and special Silver Sneakers kickboards are used to develop strength, balance and coordination.

Silver Sneakers Yoga Stretch
A class is designed to challenge you physically and mentally with a variety of simple and safe yoga exercises that you'll do at your own pace. Using a chair for support, you'll increase flexibility, build endurance and learn how to relax and think more clearly.

Stretch and Tone
This uplifting class will definitely help improve and teach the importance of flexibility through the use of weights, bands and stretching techniques.

Achieve balance and core conditioning with this mentally and physically challenging ancient practice.
11 a.m.-12 p.m., Monday and Wednesday
Need to spice up your exercise regiment? Break a sweat in the water! The water will provide you with great resistance and add an extra challenge to your cardiovascular workout. Appropriate for all levels. Water bands, gloves and weights are also used to add more resistance to the workout. Call for class dates and times.

Zumba is fusion of hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program. Zumba's goal is to want you to want to work out and to love working out. Zumba achieves long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life!

The Zumba Sentao program is an intense new way to enhance the fitness-party thrill! Instructors who become licensed in this specialty program learn explosive chair-based choreography that will strengthen, balance and stabilize the core and step up cardio work in a whole new way. Students learn to use a chair and their own body weight to enhance muscle strength, improve definition and endurance and tone their physique.
5:30-6:30 a.m., Monday and Wednesday
Zumba and Toning
Blend body-sculpting techniques and specific Zumba moves into one calorie-burning, strength-training class. You'll learn how to enhance rhythm, build strength and tone all the target zones.

Concentrates on balance and coordiation while receiving the gift of a healthier lifestyle.
