Online Orientation for Clinical Students
Welcome to Good Shepherd Medical Center,
Good Shepherd Medical Center requires that all persons who are interested in rotating through the facility must attend or complete an online orientation. In addition, there are a few paperwork items that must also be completed and collected prior to rotating through GSMC.
Please click here to review the orientation material. All paperwork must be completed in its entirety and return to the Center for Innovative Learning prior to your clinical or observation time. Upon turning in all required forms you will be issued a parking pass. If you have photo identification (example: school ID) please wear it at all times while on Good Shepherd property. Proper attire for observation time is as followed: Khaki/tan pants, solid color shirt, tennis shoes. Proper attire for clinical at GSMC is your school issued uniform with ID badge. If you have pierced ears, please wear only studs. No facial piercings are allowed. Long hair must be pulled up and away from face. All tattoos must be covered and non visible. No artificial finger nails are allowed. No heavy perfumes or body spray.

- Signed statement of the online Hospital Orientation
- Parking Registration
