Good Shepherd Medical Center’s team of dedicated professionals is committed to making your hospital stay as comfortable as possible. While you are here, our Guest Relations Specialist will assist you with questions, concerns and suggestions related to your medical care. The Customer Service Representative will assist you with non-medical concerns.

Interpreters/Hearing Impaired Assistance
The hospital has access to interpreters for a number of foreign languages as well as for the hearing impaired.
A telecommunications device is available to help hearing-impaired patients. The device is located in the Emergency Room and Front Lobby upon request. For more information, contact the hospital operator by dialing "0."
Telephones
Telephones are provided in each room, except in the Medical and Surgical Intensive Care Units. Patients may receive calls in their rooms from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. Calls received after these hours must go through the operator. Local calls may be made free of charge at any time from the room by dialing 9 and the number.
Long distance and toll-free calls can be made at any time by dialing 9-0 and the number. Long distance calls must be made by using a credit card or calling collect.
