Collect all of your belongings, and double-check closets and drawers. If you have anything stored in the hospital safe, call the Security Office at 903-315-2196 for more information about collecting your items.
Discharge Instructions
Your physician and your nurse will give you instructions about post-hospital care. If you have questions about your diet, activities or other matters, please be sure to ask.
Patient Satisfaction
It is Good Shepherd’s goal to make sure your hospital stay is very good and as comfortable as possible. In fact, Good Shepherd’s success depends on our ability to meet and exceed your expectations. We know that you are the best source of suggestions for improving our ability to serve you. Please take a few minutes to complete the patient satisfaction survey when it arrives at your home after discharge. We want to know about your Good Shepherd experience because your satisfaction is the best indication of our success.
