Patient Satisfaction

The survey of patient satisfaction scores are based on responses from a sample of people who received care at Good Shepherd Medical Center between October and December 2011. Patients are asked to rate the categories below using a scale of “very poor” to “very good.” Each response receives a point value and we determine a mean score based on those points:

  • Very Poor = 0
  • Poor= 25
  • Fair = 50
  • Good = 75
  • Very Good = 100
