Contact our Outpatient Infusion Clinic at 903-315-2031 for review of your treatment plan and to schedule a visit with our Patient Financial Services Department.
Patient Financial Services is located on the first floor of the Customer Service Center,
(across from the Emergency Department Ambulance Entrance) 621 N. Fourth St.

Patient Financial Services:
A Financial Services Specialist will review your treatment plan with you on this day. We expect this appointment will take approximately one hour. Please be prepared with the following information to facilitate this process. After the review, we will be able communicate to you approximate treatment date, goals and any additional requirements to continue your service at Good Shepherd’s Outpatient Infusion Clinic.
- Last year’s tax return or last paycheck stub.
- Proof of other income and/or source of income (in writing) from any other source than above.
- The number of people who live with you.
