Maternal Child Service
The Medical Simulation Center provides a complete environment to simulate the delivery process using special manikins that provide normal & abnormal deliveries. The rooms are designed to mirror the appearance of a patient’s hospital room, thereby making the experience much more life-like. The room features specialized task-training equipment for clinicians to practice and refine their clinical skills in many invasive procedures. The learner will work on the same documentation system used during the birthing process and interpret fetal rhythms as the delivery is happening.
